Came in to book service. Did so at counter. When leaving i was abused by an employee regarding where i parked my car on street. Claming i cut him off. If i accidently did due to having sick children in car there is still no excuse for disgusting language and verbal attack.
Pathetic company. Paid for engine clean and inspect after I already fixed it. (Oil cap was not correct because original was left off and went missing) They came up with BS about other leaks when it was just rebuilt. Tried to hand it back uncleaned. After that they sort of cleaned it. I had to do it myself... But also undid my bash plate bolts and left them loose. Never had a leak again in 80000kDon't trust them.
Took my car for transmission service and was very happy with the service a young lad come into the office and helped with any questions i had he was very polite as was all the staff i had spoken too. I will be back again thank you
