Very good dentists offering efficient and gentle service. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and gently my extractions were. Highly recommend!
I visited today and saw Dr Andy Hsiao, the service I was given was as good or better than any dentist I have ever been to, and the cost was very reasonable. I will certainly be making this my regular dentist.

Called reception numerous times during business hours but they don't answer the phone. So I send an email to request an appointment, but their reply is not prompt. Have to wait 3 Saturdays to get a weekend appointment. Emailed a few days later requesting another appointment for a family member, waited 4 days, received no reply at all to that email. Called their office, again no answer during business hours. Decided to cancel and go elsewhere. Lousy customer service. I'm not sure why they are in business, they don't want my appointments. You require a business consultant to help you serve customers, and your staff need to be trained better. There is no customer service provided by this surgery.
