Absolutely dodgy. Purchased through a convoluted chain of business names but this is the seller of our couch that was damaged on arrival. Items missing . Very unprofessional. Couch cheap and nasty and not as described. Completely washed their hands of and tried to hide behind the website they sold through. Stay well away from this place.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service provided today. After buying a wardrobe, and finding out one of the boxes was the wrong colour AND did not contain any screws or connecting parts I expected some sort of apology and understanding from the customer service number. The Asian lady who I spoke to was so rude, told me she was busy and had to deal with it later. There was no sinsire apology or helpful resolution. I had to then go and swap the boxes at the warehouse which was completely inconvient. CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY!
