Really good food made to order, and its fast. Its also not super greasy, which is awesome.
Chips were greasy & chicken smelt strange and we all got stomach pains after eating here, they have poor hygiene standards. No gloves when handling the food, slow service, the staff have been poorly trained and are very rude. If you complain as I did you get the run around. Brodie's needs to check out they franchise and make them lift their game, we have tried twice and the first time it was great because they had the owner and staff from Brisbane running things, as soon as they left the good food and standards left too. Won't be back unless I want food poisoning! Good reviews are from staff/owners family. They are not locals to beaudesert either so I'd rather support the local fish n chip shop were the food is always fantastic. Lift your standards Brodie's Beaudesert.
The chips were undercooked & the gravy was thick & gross. I tried Brodie's again and had the chicken and chips, the chicken had a weird taste and again the chips were not cooked through. I have had Brodie's at another location and it was fantastic but I'll never go back to beaudesert Brodie's unless it comes under new owners.
