Highly recommend. I bought a Limelight Flair from Brisbane Spa Super Centre and couldn't be happier with it. Annie and all the staff were extremely patient and helpful, helping me decide which option (there's plenty of them) best suited my budget and what I wanted out of the spa. I was also quite impressed with the level of technical knowledge they have about their products. The post-installation handover was thorough but clear, which made it very easy to understand the key aspects of the maintenance side of things. As yet, I haven't needed any real after sale support but if/when it is needed, I'm expecting good things based on my experience so far. Aaron W.

Based on my experience I could not recommend this company to anyone! First, a few months ago, they were a no show after a booking for a basic spa repair was confirmed. I waited around the day of the appointment tried calling and texting the repairer, but no response, no explanation, no nothing! Then when I called the store they said that the tech that was meant to do the job had gone on holiday that afternoon and suggested if I wanted the job done straight away to call elsewhere.We thought wed give them another try, however in hindsight this was also a mistake. A few weeks ago we gave them a call, we were told that the tech was away and that wed get a call back that same week... Never received a call back!I called this morning and asked to speak to the owner or manager, the person that answered the phone said she was the owner. I explained what had happened she suggested that if Im not happy I go elsewhere. She said they are a very big, successful company and they can choose to be picky with their jobs, and because my job was only a small job they werent that interested in doing it.This was unbelievable to me, never have I had such a response from a company, and from the owner! I let her know I was unhappy and that I thought her response was pretty terrible, some frustration may have shown and some obscenitys may have been used, none of which were directed at her, no name calling, nothing and yet from this she started accusing me of abusing her! I explained that I was just shocked at this response and that to be honest I thought that I might get an apology and the job would be prioritised.. I was definitely mistaken.She then said... I am going to call every spa repairer in Brisbane and let them know not to do business with you, good luck getting your spa repaired buddy...I advised that this would be a breach of my privacy and that it is very wrong for a company, especially a big successful company, to threaten someone who was only trying to spend money with them.Im really shocked and appalled at how the owner of the store handled this!Do yourself a favour and find another spa company!!In response to the below reply: All of what I have said above is 100% true, I was not abusive in any way, however I did use a profanity in frustration when I described her response to me on the phone as fing ridiculous. I would not describe this as an abusive thing to say, should I have said it, probably not, however it was not an attack on her as individual, it was merely a response to what was an absolutely shocking conversation with someone who claimed to be the owner of this business. After this conversation I spoke with the co-owner, this ladies husband, who actually seemed fair and reasonable and was nice enough to assure me that they would not be breaching my privacy by passing my personal details on to any 3rd parties. Also was nice enough to provide some contact details for other repairers that would be able to help!
Absolutely love the spa, excellent quality. The service has been amazing, despite me knowing nothing about spas to start with, Matt was willing to go over every feature and discuss what was really important for us. Had the spa now for 3 months and have been able to ring Matt up to ask any questions...we use it everyday...best luxury ever!
Awesome spas! Love mine, use it most days :) Friendly and extremely educated staff, always a pleasure to deal with.
