First time going into Amcal Beaudesert, was given friendly advice, will be returning as a regular customer
I was a customer for 3 decades and had an account with the current people and the previous owner. I had an unexpected cash flow problem and got behind with payments I got sarcastic comments and rudeness. I Have paid what I owe and will not deal with them again. No loyalty to a long term customer. do not go there.
STOP!!Dont even walk through the door.For example, Inderal at a Chemist Warehouse $9.90, this place $22.95, other pharmacies are around $12.95.Rulide is normally around $12:00 elsewhere, here it is $21:00.When you complain they reluctantly give a in store credit so you need to return.It is overdue for the ACCC to investigate this industry as some take advantage of people being sick, and that is a low life practice.We all should be angry with this pharmacy as they know dam well what they are doing with a grin on their faces.
I agree with joseph they are very rude they don't care about the customer just revenue. They make rules for no reason n say it's cause they have to do something like paperwork or anything they can make up. Long story short they shouldn't play games with people's medication.
