We have purchased two new Ford Rangers from Peter, Maria and the team at Scenic and even though we live on the Gold Coast, we still choose to drive the distance to the Beaudesert dealership to have the vehicles serviced. The Country, no BS service is worth the drive. Will be buying more Ford's in the future and it will be from Scenic Ford undoubtedly. Received two texts reminding me when my service was booked in for. Service carried out - no problems. Did some extra work as requested by me. They did not get time to clean and vacuum my car so they gave me a Service Loyalty Card which entitles me to a complementary vehicle inspection and car wash, at my convenience. All in all, I received excellent service from everyone at Scenic Motors Beaudesert.
Through no fault of this dealership or Ford my new car experience hasn't exactly gone smoothly I can honestly recommend these guys with zero hesitation. It is easy to say only nice things when you have a brand new vehicle and everything goes well - you see the true colours when things go wrong.I've now decided to only have my vehicle serviced or upgraded by the lads and ladies at Scenic Ford. Biggest gripe with this dealership; those couple of stairs outside the boss's office probably should be a ramp.
I recently purchased a used car from Scenic Motors, I found them very good to deal with. Firstly, they were negotiable with the price on the car + fair with what they offered me on my trade-in. I left their yard in my new car with a full tank of fuel, then received a call from them the next day to make sure I was happy with the car. I would not hesitate to buy another car though them.
