The service here was very fast, very friendly staff. My faulty Takata airbag was replaced without an issue.
I felt they are very untrustworthy and dishonest! Saved myself time and hundreds of dollars by getting a 2nd opinion. I personally felt they used strong sales scare tactics, making it sound worse and more time consuming then it actually is! Was quoted $300 for a part which I got elsewhere for $39 and only took them 1 hour. Overall was quoted $885 to fix the pipe by Zupps,And 2nd opinion at another local mechanic cost me $139 to fix the same problem. Big difference. Not happy
Our first car :) Absolutely fantastic service, right from the start all the way to the end. We were thrown off with the Brisbane city attitude and decided to visit ZuppsBeaudesert driving about about an hour and a half from Brisbane as we had our eye on this one car. But unlike the rude and condescending car dealerships found in and around Brisbane, Beaudesert Zupps was a welcome breath of fresh air in customer reception, service and satisfaction. We would like to sincerely thank Brian and Stan for their help and valuable advice on our purchase aiding it with a warranty. And a special thanks to Maddi, who welcomed us and very patiently answering all our tiring and laboring questions in addition to setting up our reggos and numbers. And the cherry on the cake was their fantastic volunteering to deliver the car right to the train station that made it so easy for us to collect it. We were expecting a nightmare from all the stories we heard about first car purchases, but zupps beaudesert singlehandedly made this process a really sweet, smooth and memorable one. Our Thanks to Maddi, Stan, Brian and the ZuppsBeaudesert team.To Brisbaners, This place is far out? Doesn't matter, just go there, things will get sorted. The drive itself is totally worth it. Also there is a Saturday market closeby and you can fill up your car with as many mangoes and raspberries as you possibly can :)
I am very happy with Zupps Beaudesert. The service staff are exceptionally helpful and have always been extremely accomadating. I have just bought a second hand car and could not be happier, the team went above and beyond helping me get exactly what I wanted and then some. Always patient and a pleasure to deal with. Service department is lacking skills to correctly diagnose issues, and repair. They had my partners car for a day as it would not start. They charged $350 for the investigation work, still did not start the car, and advised it would cost another $1700 to fix the issue. When questioned they could not advise how this figure was derived. Had the car sent back to us, another $100 in towing. Rang and spoke to the Service Dept manager and was finally able to get a parts list, so the car apparently need a full engine hose kit, spark plugs, and ignition coils, his pricing including labor still didn't make the $1700 quoted.Tried to follow up with emails and calls, but the service department hasn't responded to any further correspondence.Issue was resolved when I replaced the spark for $70, well short of the $1700 quoted. In fact had they just serviced the car, it is highly likely they would have accidentally fixed the issue. By their own site a service for our Commodore is around the $350 mark.Car has not missed a beat in the last 4 months; thus I am writing this review, as the service manager advised me this work needed!!! to be done.Personally I would not recommend Zupps Beaudesert to my worst enemy.
